Depends on weapon choice
Bow: spider jockey is more difficult because it can shoot you too
Sword: charged creeper because you have too get close too it

i vote for spider jockey, because they have the advantage of speed and a ranged attack.
with the creeper, sure if it gets close its hard, but you can just shoot it with a bow from far away
Anything is dangerous enough if it gets close to you, even passive mobs. That's why I built a moat around my house to prevent the creatures from coming across and invading. If they try to get near, they get stuck... Far into the water. A pig got caught in it, serves him right. Other then that the creatures don't even come near because I fortified my house with battlements and I can simply shoot them with arrows, and they'll leave immediately.
However out in the open they seek revenge... And from then on I have to improvise, which is such a risky thing to do, you don't even want to do it.

Sometimes I fart, and when I do, I enjoy the most of it.
Spider jockeys aren't very threatening in my opinion. I just run up to them with a sword and hit it several times until it is dead. The charged creeper I can dispatch just like normal creepers but, if it detonated then... good game. Still though if both the mobs fought each other I don't think either one will win lol.
Charged creepers are easy to kill if you want to risk getting close to it. Since the lightning has already damaged them enough for a diamond sword or bow to kill them in 1 hit.
Neither. Just kill the spider first since it's weakest, then the skeleton loses its mobility and you're left with a normal skeleton fight. For charged creepers, just shoot them with fully charged bow shots - don't even try hitting them with your sword, not worth the risk.
One ambushed me and started shooting me like crazy, and things just got worse when I approached, let alone to shoot with a bow, because the spider kept jumping around. When I am far off, the spider is so annoying because it bounces around as if it was dancing or something.... when I get close, the spider bites me and the skeleton has an easier job when he shoots me.
Creepers, charge forward, strike, and it will knock back, then immediately move back. Besides, charged creepers take damage from the lightning strike, so they are already softened up.
I have seen both, and although I think jockeys are more threatening (because I nearly died from that experience) the charged creeper's explosion was also extremely stunning, but I learned how to retreat in time, so...
I still vote jockey, although I understand how some people will say the charged will be stronger.
I would say the charged creeper only because I don't go outside during thunderstorms, so they have a chance to ambush me and blow up a chunk of my house.
I've only fought spider jockeys a few times but they were never a serious threat.
Creepers however, even regular ones, give me nightmares.
