I was just wondering what you think the most elegant block in minecraft is.
For me it's the stone slab hands-down. It looks good no matter where I use it, and sometimes I find myself making up excuses just to use it. Plus the fact that it's a half-block is just an added bonus!

It totally depends on what I'm building or what I'm building it with. It would either be stone slabs, stone bricks, or sandstone. It really depends on what other materials I use.
As a poster says, it depends on the texture pack. In most texture packs, Lapis Lazuli looks great, but with the default textures I think the stone slab is the most elegant, as you said it, block. :smile.gif:
