Totally would, Minecraft gets stale after you've played it for almost a year. But I'd rather start off at 1.8 so the experience will be even more amazing.
I'm able to get iron tools before the first day even ends :dry.gif:
i guess that would be fun. I remember back to about 2 or 4 weeks before i got the game, and watched LP`s by X on youtube.
Pretty entertaining, and i sat there thinking: "Oh wow, this is a damn cool game! you can craft stuff, explore, mine and build. and now, it is... well, pretty common for me to craft stuff, explore, mine and build. xD i admit it have turned a bit more boring after i first played it.
really looking forward to 1.8 tho. :biggrin.gif: gonna bring some extra hours of exploring, like the first game i made. ^^
Last time I was a noob, back when Runescape Classic was new, I accidentally posted my password on the Runescape forums and someone changed my password and I never got the account back.
1. I was playing Runescape.
2. I was dumb enough to post my password on public forums.
3. My password was password.
These 3 reasons are why I have vowed to never be a noob again.
The closest I'll ever get, is being new to a new gaming environment.
THAT IS ALL!
you posted your password on a public forum... I dont even write the damn thing down. What could you have possibly been thinking when you posted it.

After 10:30 PST, my IQ drops to around that of a shovel, please disregard anything I say after aforementioned time, it will likely not make any sense, and is best ignored.
In a way, 1.8 is a fresh start for EVERYONE. Sure, your knowledge is retained, but due to the sudden influx of brand new features, we'd all be put back to square one in a way.
It's a bit like how Pokemon Black and White put everyone on the same level, even though some people had played for years.
I remember swimming to find a cliff face to live in and being like "OMG THIS GAME IS SO AWESOME" as I saw the mountains. It honestly looked like paradise. Now I'm getting bored with minecraft. I would definitly go back to the beginning... and I wouldn't have watched all of X's videos before I even bought the game.
I would not. I have hoards and hoards of supplies. Chests full of coal, stacks and stacks of diamond, gold, ...more iron than you can shake a stick at (if you're into that). I have never used skins or mods, and I am still not sick of minecraft. The freedom in this game is unlike that of any I've played before. And looking forward to future updates makes it exciting also!
I have a few bases, but no "epic city". I still have many plans to build things, which will keep my interest going for the next long while.
I know I would go back to being a noob. I miss my old worlds that I blew up with tnt when I discovered the too many items mod. I cant really have fun anymore without mods since I love building, and dont like collecting resources. I remember the fun I had playing minecraft before I knew about mods. But mods are still great for building things cool but going back to the good old days would still be fun :smile.gif:
Oh god yes, I would do this for anything in the world (memory eraser, not just for Minecraft) because.. Holy ****. Well, now I feel like an old man, because I was just thinking, "it's like being young again" and oh god what.
Oh how I yearn to be able to relive the Golden Age of Minecraft (Alpha, pre-Halloween). I played it so much back then, enjoying every second of it. I still have my first world ever, and I go on it sometimes to remember how awesome it was back then. Now, playing almost feels like a chore. I don't find survival fun anymore, I don't have the patience to sit there and build some awesome structure, etc...
One idea I had was to not play Minecraft at all until 1.8. But IDK...I've also tried playing "vanilla" Minecraft, with no mods, and the default textures for a while to sort of relive the old experience, but that didn't work either.
I remember when I first played Minecraft, without watching any tutorials and having no idea how anything worked in the game, I managed to make a torch-less, chest-less, crafting-bench-less, base made of dirt built on a small island. Ahh, that was the good 'ol days for sure. I remember spending 30 minutes punching through stone, and being attacked by spiders not knowing what to do. I would take it back for sure. Of course, not forever :biggrin.gif:
I might, but I feel that the adventure update will "refresh" my experience
Catgirl12446: Infdev= INFinite DEVelopment
Ranavalona: FUUUUUUU-
Tell me what that means for a +1 respect

You definitely posted that on the right topic. Good job, Geriey.
