Mine is not looking up how to use tnt when I first started Minecraft in 2012...It took me two hours to figure out how to light tnt. One of the hours was spent trying to light it witha torch lol.
another one would be getting a virus that killed my computer and my first world R.I.P I would soon be able to recover were i built said world but i really don't know how to build it and all the details
Another is playing on Peaceful. My god, people who talked about how bad mobs were lied to me. I can go underground, in caves, mineshafts and ravines for days and I'd never get lower than 5 full hearts.
I was playing on my favorite server, and I was in the End. I found this dirt bridge that I thought might have some base or grinder at the end. So as I'm walking along, endermen spawn on this one block wide bridge I'm walking on. I shoot them with an arrow and they disappear and they don't aggro. Well, I got close to one and when I shot him and the arrow bounced off of the enderman and hit me, I fell to my ultimate doom and fail.
And I'm so mad, I had full set of diamond god armor, tools, and weapons. That bow had everything on it, including punch II. Probably why I flew off the bridge.
And it's funny to that I remember thinking maybe I should take all my stuff off. Should have listened to myself haha.

Mine is i went exploring around and couldn't find my way back for 3 days IRL.

I also found a village which i would never find again

My biggest mistake was going out to chop some trees in the middle of the night when i was a noob with no armor and a wooden sword.
Otterwise.... Yes, otters are very wise.
Worst mistake :
1. Spawning Wither with lagging computer.. ON HARDCORE T_T i died..... i survived 1 month +... such heart breaking
2. Mining diamond near lava... ya.....
3. Died in lava with all fabulous stuff in my inv, without keep inventory true gamerule ._.
Thats all my regretion

About 2/3 of my house is gone!!!
My worst was probably jumping over a ledge while mining and not looking to see what was on the other side of said ledge.
In short, hopped into lava. Of course I did.
Using cheats on a world.
I started a new world mostly because I did that.
