Enjoy the autoderp for a while, unless you don't intend to move out of that area for a while. AKA no mining, hunting, exploring in new regions.

I really think Notch should make you able to ride different types of mobs.
Would be really nice if you could put a saddle on a spider.
To make it not to much overpowered, it could still despawn if you're too far away from it.
At least saddles you get in dungeons would have a use then.
Spiders would actually be the best use for it. I guess this would also lead to new funny games in minecraft.

I'd love for something tameable and controllable at least. Hopefully if Dragons are ever implemented, they'll be tameable/controllable, mountable, mobs.

If not dragons, controllable spider mounts would still be cool (yes I know there are mods for that kind of stuff, Pegasus FTW)
