what is the worst experience uve ever had as a complete noob. here is mine. this may look long, but just bear through and read it, its worth it. ok guys, back when i was a noob, my first world, at the world create screen, i didn't know what anything meant. so i set the world type to extra large biomes, i turned cheats off(cuz i aint no cheater). so i spawn in a desert biome (figures) . i dont know how to minecraft, but i knew the basics, and no wood in sight. so no crafting table. I get some cacti, and sand. i only got one torch from the bonus chest. no wood in the chest either. so i got no doors either. i buld a sand house. then spiders climb to the top. so i use some of my very valuable dirt blocks (got from a river) and make a roof. so i have a tiny hut. I have no doors, so i make a passage underneath the first layer of sandstone to a small lake. i make a water entrance(it was a bad one, but hey, it was my first day playing mc). i know what a villager looks like, cuz i found a village, but made completely of sandstone. so i see this thing that looks like a villager i walk up to it and look at it. and then *POOF* im poisoned and down half my hearts. i die. i respawn. skeleton in water right next to my house. spawn kills me. respawn. spawn kills me. respawn. spawn kills me. respawn. spawn kills me. respawn. i finally realize, maybe i shouldnt run at it. so i turn around and go back to my house. So, my windows are made of fence post from the village, my defencive walls are made of cactus in an alternating pattern. i realize i had stuff on me when the skeleton killed me (50 times), so i try running at him to get my stuff back. fail. so then i try burrowing underground through sandstone to get it. 15 min later i come to the surface. and thats when it hits me, an arrow, and the realization "hey! wasnt my stuff the other way?" so i think *****************************************************************. the arrow was from another skeleton, so i hide. i dig the other way and 15 min later i dig to the ocean where the haXer skeleton was. hes facing the other way so i think "Ha! ill just sneak up on him!" he hits me while facing the other way(they really need to fix that). i die, but get one hit off. then i reapeat this 19 more times. skeleton dies and drops arrows. it hurt. arrows. u need sticks to make a bow to use the arrows. thats when i realize life is crap. anddddd then the creeper apocalypse happens. 5 of them coming at me outside my house. and thats the end of sand shack V1. oh and my diet consists of 90% rotten flesh 10% spider eyes, well at least until i realize that me eating spider eyes and getting poisoned at the same time is not just a coincidence. and in case your wondering how long that took, ummmm about 30 days. oh and not minecraft days either. well i played on that world for about two months until one of my friends told me there are trees in minecraft. eff life. hope u guys enjoyed the funny story and look forward to hearing about yours.

None, really... Exploring Minecraft was really fun...
I guess my very first time playing I was trapped in the side of a small hill because a skeleton and Creeper were 'guarding' it....

Well, I was in a cave with my newly made diamond sword. I chose to make a diamond sword instead of a pickaxe to defend myself. I came across a lava pool and a skeleton came up behind me. When I got shot, I jumped and accidentally hit Q. My diamond sword fell in lava and the skeleton shot also shot me into the lava.
My first experience with a desert temple was also disasterous. I mined the blue wool and fell in, directly on the pressure plate. I survived the explosion somehow but in the cave system under the temple was a mob spawner for spiders. Needless to say, I was killed.
Also, my first time playing with a partner, he destroyed 3 diamond blocks with a stone pickaxe... He thought there was lag.
Finally, today when I played MB2, a skeleton had a bomb arrow. A formula for no hope.
For the first two weeks or so of having minecraft, I was just in creative blowing stuff up and breaking blocks.
I think the 'worst' thing I did was not realizing that when flying, you press 'shift' (by default) to go down slowly.
I was just constantly double tapping the space bar to go down, and then double tapping it again to get to where I wanted to be.

Well my worst experience is that when I first made a world I was terrified of mobs so I played in peaceful. I start off making a stone pickaxe then went mining get my self stacks of iron. I then found a little hill and burrowed into it to make a home. I started to dig down to start a strip mine when I came across a ravine (I started to play on easy mode since then) I was starting to mine when I heard those ambient environment noises that scared the crap out of me and at that moment I heard a zombie moaning then a skeleton and was shot in the back straight into lava. I quickly switched back to peaceful and kept my fear of mining for years until I played on a server with others and broke. Thats my worst experience as a noob.
BACK IN MY DAY! WHEN THE WORDS ALPHA EXISTED IN MINECRAFT...THINGS WERE QUITE DIFFERENT....
I don't think i had any bad experiences as a noob pertaining to the game. Singleplayer was fun but got boring quick and I remember thinking dirt was the most efficient building because there was plenty of it. I was right..sort of. In Multiplayer I'd have to say my worst experience was facing the reality that my first and foremost favorite server was shutting down for good. I had some good times on there that will never be replicated. Probably for the best but it was fun nonetheless. RIP Awesomeland
For my first several months of minecraft, I never was killed by a monster. Why?
I was so terrified of easy mode.
OMG I'm still in that stage I literally locked a 1.8 world on Easy so I couldn't freak out and change it and then I ended up panicking at the first thought of all the new hostiles...
Me: *blah blah blah (I was recording)* OMG I FORGOT ABOUT ENDER MITES! *GASP* AND GUARDIANS! AND KILLER RABBITS!
Now that world is gone I'm not sorry to say. lol Yes I'm a peaceful player
For some reason though if I'm on an MCMMO server I'm not scared of mobs... don't ask me why... I'm crazy lol
EDIT: OMG I saw this and thought it was somebody else's because I'm too used to seeing an enderman on my profile pic lol
When I was a noob, I was frustrated because I didn't know how to move my character. I was playing the demo version so of course I had limited time. I was playing 1.5 so there were no horses, hay bales, etc. So the gameplay, it was really annoying because back then I used a five year old windows xp computer so of course the graphics kept glitching out. In my first day, things were confusing, I didn't know how to make a crafting table or place blocks, the only kind of house I knew how to make was a dirt tunnel deep underground, and I spent hours punching stone. My first night wasn't any smoother, I saw a really skinny man and walked up to him, and something kept hitting me and I was like 'Why are you hurting me skinny man?" And I died, the death message said "TristanLennon was shot by a skeleton" and I was like "A skeleton? I didn't know Minecraft had skeletons, I thought it only had creepers." Turns out it was a skeleton I walked up to. There were spiders jumping off of trees and I was like "Go away spiders why are you biting me I'm not a threat, and why are you so freakishly big?" Every time I heard a monster go to my tunnel I was scared stiff, I would hide with no weapons. I didn't know how to make doors or torches either so zombies, creepers, spiders, and skeletons would siege my tunnel and I had to either die or kill them with my fist to escape. I realized that if I stayed swimming in water at night I would be ok. It worked, so I swam to an island and I saw no monsters. But I didn't know monsters just randomly appeared at night, I thought they just came out of caves. So I thought I was safe but a bunch of monsters tried to kill me so I swam the other way and I found another island, and ahead me was this tall black squid with purple eyes on land. (It's an enderman, that's what I thought it was.) I heard a weird sound and it started vibrating, and it disappeared. (I was still in the water so it didn't come back to kill me.) I shrugged and said "Maybe I scared off the weird thing." I didn't read the wiki or watch videos. But I eventually learned about it when I watched Haydz's Minecraft tutorials on YouTube, and he explained everything, like how to get a 3x3 crafting grid. I didn't watch them all yet but I knew how to finally collect cobblestone and coal. When I mined iron, I said "Wait, how do you make iron ingots?" I tried putting them in a furnace and I was like "Why aren't they smelting?" Later I was like "Oh, you're supposed to put in coal, how dumb of me." I kept watching the video tutorials and onwards I became a pro at Minecraft. Well, that's my nooby experience and how I learned to Minecraft.

This was me, too. I never died, but I think I usually played on normal difficulty.
