150, I find Hyperspeed doesn't give me enough control, like I'll go to look at my door and end up looking at the tree behind me, and 100 and lower I have to move my mouse so much just to look at the next block.

Whats the point of this thread ?
That values mean nothing.
How sensitive is for instance "200" changes by your mouse, dpi that your uses, even your OS and the game of course. Everyone is pretty much playing at same sensivity(talking about real sensivity), just values do depend.
Huh. Never even noticed that was an option before. My mouse inhabits a space between my keyboard and the edge of my desk approximately the size and dimensions of a mass-market paperback novel. The default setting of 100% works just fine for me: I have plenty of accuracy and room to move, and don't see any need to fiddle with the setting at all.

I doubt that everyone is playing at the same (real) sensitivity. Simply based on my observances of people playing FPS games some people prefer higher sensitivity. I have had people playing the same game, with the same mouse, on the same pc change the sensitivity settings significantly. I would assume that that transfers over to this game as well.
