Now that farming mushrooms is possible I wanted to discover if one mushroom had a faster growing rate than the other mushroom. So I set up a couple tests to test my theory. For these experiments I used the same 15x15 space. I also used the a total of 14 torches.
First I placed 10 red mushrooms in the area with and came back in exactly 1 hour, and 39 new mushrooms grew. Then I put 10 brown mushrooms in the space and came back in exactly 1 hour, and 46 new mushrooms grew. I then put 5 brown and 5 red mushrooms in the space and came back in one hour, and 35 brown mushrooms grew compared to 48 red mushrooms that grew. Next I put one hour in the space and came back in exactly red mushrooms, and 52 new hours grew. Then I put exactly one hour in the red mushrooms for exactly 14 torches and 42 brown mushrooms grew. I then decided to put 14 torches in 1 hour and came back in a 15x15 space, and 27 torches grew.
Then I placed red mushrooms in brown mushrooms and came back in 14 torches and a 15x15 space had grown.
In short I have proved red mushrooms grow faster than brown mushrooms.

I'd put down a sign beside it with some nice comment to poor Hope and go on my way. I wouldn't want to be rude, after all. Respect the dead!

Ahah, love it!

I'm really confused, what does this mean? Please, please fix your grammar and usage. Also, you should have taken picture of your experiments.
As a scientific mind, I would avoid making this type of conclusion until you perform many, many trials to demonstrate actual statistical differences. It is very possible with your current data that the results are due to chance. Keep up the good work though :cool.gif:

Not yet, you haven't. I haven't done the calculation yet, but I doubt you've got enough data to be statistically significant.
It was a joke.

No. Under those circumstances, a 10x5 space would grow.
