I left my Minecraft world in a Mountain (Extreme hills) Biome.

My avatar-Madison Gotha. She knows various weapons, she's a mage/sage, and is somewhat immortal. Madison has the capability of taming and communicating monsters, a genetic trait passed down by her father. 26 physically, 1400-something mentally, and a Lofty Peakian/Zenithian mix. Doesn't really like being called an elf and hates being called human..
I might be Moderator, but don't bother treating me too special. And don't make tons of Ban Hammer jokes, please. Also, I'm an Off-Topic only Mod. Don't ask me to lock a thread or something if it's not in the off-topic
Mountatin. I found like hundreds of cows there and still struggle to get all those leather to make bookshelves. I also found a HUGE (like thousands) mountain of gravels that is good for my arrow.
Swamp/Jungle edge. It sits close to a river with EH and forests on the other side. A little ways from there is a plains biome with a village.. And currently I am working on the passageways to a zombie and skeleton grinder.
My current house is located on a small little patch of plains that is right between a swamp and an ice plains on either side of it. There is also a roofed forest within sight and a normal plains that extends out to the East.
Depending on where exactly I was in the area when I left the game, either a desert or an Extreme Hills biome (which is technically a Plains biome to the game now since I redid it to prevent snow on it).
In my current survival world, I am in an enormous plains biome surrounded by forests, a desert, and a dark oak forest. It is the most beautiful world I have ever seen in my time of Minecraft. I hopefully will be playing in this world for a long time and accomplish lots of cool things.
I left my world in a roofed forest where my house is.
As far as where I do my things...
My house and most of my farms (wheat, pumpkins, sugar cane, birch trees, cows, chickens, and sheep) are in a roofed forest. The entrance to my "deep" mine is on the outer edge of a birch forest. My machine lab is underground, but it's underneath a roofed forest (not very far from my house, actually).
Most of my tree farms are in a plains boime far from my house (I'm hoping to get the materials to craft a ChickenChunks chunk loader at some point so that I can keep those chunks loaded when I want to) and my iron farm is going to be built in the same plains biome (it's really big, so there's lots of space to build things) some distance away.
My "shallow" mines (for mining minerals from mods that mostly or only occur near sea level) is in a birch forest.
I'm going to be digging a quarry in the "mining dimension" from the mod "Dimensional World", which is covered completely by a "mining biome" that is a lot like plains except that it never rains (it is also permanently around noon in the mining dimension, so there's no rain and no night time to be bothered by).
So...
Roofed forest, birch forest, plains, and the "mining biome" from a mod.

The source of my intention isn't really crime prevention; my intention is prevention of the lie! Yeah, welcome to the Scatman's world!
I'm currently in (or rather, under) an ocean biome, as that is where my underground exploration has lead me to, roughly around and south of the area I'm located on in this map from several days ago (I've even gone off the right edge; an island(?) with a swamp is located somewhere out there, which I happened to surface at one time):
Otherwise, I always build my main base in a plains biome (at spawn), but secondary bases can be in any other biome; I also prefer exploring under land but since I modded it so that caves under oceans aren't flooded with water (sand patches generate sandstone over air) or bugged out (most noticeable with ravines as any water in the way prevents entire vertical sections from generating, I made it so they follow the contour of the seafloor within 2 blocks) it isn't much different from land, plus I get relatively more rare ores (less space above y=32) and encounter more mobs (I killed 648 in one session the other day...).
So I can be anywhere right now
On a 2d minecraft map: Savanna. Just decided to make my base there.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
the home biome.
