We now have an acceptable, working, logical booster system.
The old boosters were completely illogical. Yes, let's put two tracks together - one with a still minecart, and one with a moving minecart next to it. They'll surely all go forward with insane momentum!
No.
Punching trees is illogical.
Carrying thousands of tons of blocks is illogical.
Respawning is illogical.
Lava in buckets is illogical.
Minecraft in general is illogical (hence why it is fantasy)
Your reasoning is illogical
Shall I go on?
Well if anything can be illogical why can't we just have guns? With pigs as ammo. And there is a duck who says hello I am not a duck and you have televisions who come to life and can be your pet.
''Shall I go on?''
Since Minecraft is fiction, any of those are technically viable. If Notch wants to put in TV pets, he can do so if he wishes. However, your appeal to absurdity is completely nonsensical and is not a logical refutation of the point that I put forward.
I still haven't been able to find anywhere where Notch says he will remove them. Linking me to a Twitter/Tumblr/Youtube post would resolve this quite easily. However, as it stands, I am being presented with presumption as fact, which is, logically speaking, garbage.
Saying something should be removed because it is a glitch is not logical reasoning. For example, if we were to adhere to such logic, microwave ovens would not exist, because they are the result of an accidental discovery due to a glitch in the design of radar systems and thus would have to be removed.
