Wow, I have to be the most boring person in the world to run out of ideas in an endless game...
I see so many youtubers players survival and streaming for HOURS. I see their amazing builds that I KNOW I could make if I was dedicated to enough. So how do you people stay dedicated to singleplayer? I don't really care for mods (shocking) that effect the game too much. I prefer to keep it vanilla. But I want to be able to enjoy it like so many other players. I thought of doing hardcore challenges but even in hardcore, once you get your iron and stuff, it's still just vanilla.
Any thoughts?

I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter. Fair exchange?
Try to find an NPC village. The villagers are nice to hang out with and you also get wheat and stuff
I like to make my home in a village, make 1 building an enchanting room, another a storage room, another with a nether portal. It's a nice way to live...I need friends
Set a long term goal for yourself. Try to to build & populate a village from scratch in an area where there are no villages. The process of finding a nether castle, hunting(or farming) spiders & zombies etc from in survival is surprisingly fulfilling and gives a few small goals to achieve along the way.

Life is a game, if you can't win don't play.

But these are just reasons that survival isn't that bad. For me, I flip-flop between servers and my survival worlds.
