I created a world in Survival Mode- Cheats off. Made a lot of stuff in this world. My daughter decided to turn cheats on and added infinite supplies (like you would have in creative mode) Is there a way to delete what she added? Survival mode is only fun when you have to work to get your stuff. The version I am using is for Windows PC.
Well, turn cheats off, revert back to survival mode, and manually get rid of all the stuff she added. Either that or load in an older save of that world (if you have one).
If you enable cheats by opening to LAN they only take effect until you quit the world, although if any gamerules were changed they will remain that way, and if you were in Creative mode you'd remain so as well (yes, you can be in Creative without cheats, which is useful on Creative servers to avoid abusing commands). You can check the status of gamerules by typing in their name (e.g. /gamerule keepInventory) and see what it says (most should be true except for keepInventory (watch the capitalization!) and randomTickSpeed should be set to 3).
I assume they didn't go so far as to use an NBT editor (e.g. NBTExplorer) to permanently enable cheats; in that case though you'd have to edit the level.dat file and set the value for "allowCommands" to 0 (false)..

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
