I cleared some land by way of flint and steel and noticed that the trees burned a lot quicker than I remembered them doing before. A tree used to burn for minutes (sometimes even days) - now it's a matter of moments before it's all gone.

Is this something new?

Wood burning was fixed in 1.3. It now DOESNT infinitely burn!

What is new is that in a recent update, Logs no longer burn forever.
So, logs don't get stuck burning, and burn quicker.
