I was just fighting 2 skeles with my bow in the middle of the night. of course when i was concentrating on dodging arrows and returning fire, i hear the sssss. I turned around and before I could blink I was dead. I mean, come on creepers, that's cheap. Which enemy do you find most annoying and why? And just to add a twist, which ones are most scary?
I'd say creepers are most annoying, and spiders scare the heck outa me with their ninja jumps always landing on my head....
skeletons are dangerous b/c of their range, creepers are just creepy and quiet, and spiders are quick. So far, creepers have definitely caused me to die more than anything else...

honestly i would have to say the most annoying would be ghasts... all they do is scream like little crying children and shoot fireballs that blow everything up. then when you try to get away from them they shoot your portal, and if you don't have a flint and steel your totally screwed.
I hate skeletons more than any other mob in the game. I usually forget to craft a bow or didn't take the time to collect string so I have to devise ways to hit them with swords without getting shot.
I don't tend to have too much trouble with creepers because I can usually see them coming and prepare myself. It would be nice if they died in the sun though. Or maybe they could become peaceful during day like the spiders. Then you could actually go up and give a creeper a hug without worrying about explosions.
