Welcome back! I can't even remember how many times I have "taken a break" from minecraft. I just keep coming back though! I can't find a game that is more immersive anywhere.

I stopped playing for over two years. When I came back I started with PE, then Xbox 360 and now back to PC. It was a little confusing. Like how, since I started back with PE, I thought the stonecutter was new to all versions and so when I got the Xbox version, I totally freaked out because I couldn't figure out how to make a stonecutter. LOL.
Some things I'm still trying to figure out. There's a lot of new-ish stuff I like. Some other stuff I'm rather meh about, but it's still a sandbox game (although sometimes I feel like Mojang thinks this is some sort of action-adventure game only now), so I can carve out my own gamestyle still. That's good.
Welcome back! If you don't mind me asking, when did you start your break?
Oh, I started my break back in 2012 sometime when my computer broke down. I've been playing since Alpha though. I think my user id number on here is like 12,000 or something.
What always amazes me is the fact that when i get burnt out on minecraft for about a month. When i come back I find a new way to play the game and i cannot stop playing it every chance i get. Most games can only keep me interested for a few months not a few years.

Tell me about it. I think it's because Minecraft constantly adds things to do. I've been playing for ages and I still haven't explored all of its corners.

Heh, main reason I return to Minecraft is the multitude of updates that always appear.
Like, between 1.6 and 1.7, all those new biomes...
I just couldn't figure out where to go.
