No support. We already have hardcore, we already have survival, we already have creative. That kept millions occupied, didn't it? This has been suggested twice. Thrice, counting yours.

Ehh, if, and only if - core game mechanics (zombie and hostile AI, food/ resources, etc.) were altered. I think a minecraft version of something like killing floor or left for dead would be somewhat interesting.
I don't think that this is worth mojang's time, but it's certainly a great idea for a mod or otherwise.
