Hello there and welcome to my thread which is Better Portal Animations! This thread is about improving the portals that we have in Minecraft which are End Portal and Nether Portal. This wont change the appearance of the portals but add more effects and animations to the portals for an exiting adventure!
NETHER PORTAL
In Nether Portal, we will add some stuff on it. When the Nether Portal starts, a flashing light or shine, not a blinding light and will disappear for seconds.After that, you can enter the Nether Portal, but when you get out of the Nether Portal, a BOOM and BANG netherracks everywhere, well, not really everywhere and fire and some gold nuggets!
END PORTALSo in the End Portal, when you get all the eyes and place them where they should be placed, each eyes would shine, like the Beacon Shine, this will just happen for several seconds and BAM! You can now enter the portal and do whatever you want to do!

Its pretty vague, but I like the general idea. A corruption type mechanic like in Terraria and Orespawn would be pretty cool, slowly turning blocks into nether blocks and raising the chance for nether mobs to come into the overworld, and the same for the End.

As for the suggestion itself, it is hard to understand what you are actually suggesting since the post is very unorganised. Focus on laying out your suggestion better rather than "fancy" fonts.
Oooo I tottaly would want this but the neatherrack can't spread forever that would suck possibly it spawns in when you light up the portal and don't say "Amazing" suggestions are not full of your opinions only the suggestion is supposed to be an opinion 95% Support!

Sorry for the big fonts thing and the fancy stuff, I will focus to the idea!
Bright lights may cause damage on certain people that sees them, i dont think it would be a good idea because it can provoke epileptical seizures, for example, eye damage, specially if they are somehow flickering (i know it only turns on and off but it may provoke damage anyways)
