I had this idea before but with planks :biggrin.gif: Looks just like that but wood. Maybe the iron and plank should be in the game so that plank takes couple secs but iron takes as fast as iron blocks.
I'm down with using cloth too, especially since with colored cloth it'd be possible to have color-coded wires. There should be some kind of bulk discount, though, if Notch allows stacked items as reagents (consumed in multiples).
Is there some law which says you can't make a recipe with more then a single item in one box to count for a single transformation?
Why not just have that recipe require 15 dust in the center, and the 4 iron sides. then that makes 15 cables.
Enough for one full length circuit.
you know, if we can use dyed cloth as insulation for the wires, not ONLY could they be color coded, it would allow for much smaller circuits because notch could make it so that only wires of the same color would connect.
