Looking through the pictures and such, I think this actually is a humourous, yet still moderately-fitting idea for the game.
I support having a lava java shop in the Nether.
Sorry, even though this would be fun and humorous as a mod, I can't see this being added to mc. Having a random coffee shop owned by wither skeletons, a normally dangerous and semi-scary mob, is kinda awkward and unfitting. No support.
So this post just took the logic of “Please read this before making a suggestions thread”, and using an actual well-balanced suggestion that adds a side-room to your gameplay, yet still kinda unrealistic. But according to that thread, this post is best.
I like seeing other people do loopholes other than me.

Then maybe we could have Nether Diamonds that are just as common as Nether Quartz because... just because...
Maybe we should add green exploding phallic mobs to the game that are just as common as zombies but can grief worlds because... just because.
There does not have to be a reason for an addition, ("It'd be nice/cool/fun/whatever" is reason enough) and comparing this to nether diamonds is like comparing any generation 6 pokemon to a wonder guard arceus.
Maybe we should add green exploding phallic mobs to the game that are just as common as zombies but can grief worlds because... just because.

It is agreed Willow is not approved of. In all honesty, it was made up on the spot as a boss mob of the Nether, some reason why wither skeletons run coffee shops. (to get emeralds/wither skulls/etc. currency to summon it) But seeing what you guys present, I see quirky standalone Nether coffee shops for the sake of being Nether coffee shops as just as fitting. Quite hilarious even.

Yes, because Nether Coffee shops are completely and totally broken and game-breaking. Yes. Perfect analogy.
I don't like the idea of a normally hostile mob running the place. I'd prefer that it was staffed by a Testificate villager explorer that got stuck in the Nether, or even a completely new mob. Otherwise, I think the idea is great.

However, I think that the shop should be completely Ghast-proof, bar the door. So no exterior glowstone or netherrack.
