In an update where plants are given some love, I think there should be some additions:

Tulips:

One of the most beautiful flowers, should also come in Purple, Blue, Peach, Magenta, and Yellow.


That is magenta


Even better


Those are purple


Yellow


Blue


That is Peach

Cattails:


Beautiful Swamp Reeds

Lily Pad Flowers:

One of the most beautiful things about lily pads are their flowers


Just ask Monet!


Bonemeal Update:

Finally, Bonemeal should have the ability to generate:

Ferns when used on grass blocks, in addition to Lilac, Sunflowers, Rose bushes, and Peonies.
Vines when used on leaf blocks.
Lilypads when used on water.

Personally, I don't like all the new flowers that are already vanilla. It makes dyes too obtainable. You used to have to mix things to get them, now there are flowers for almost half of them. Also, the blue flowers make Lapis even MORE useless. I'm opposed to the update's flowers, and yours. No offense. No support.

I hate to be that guy, but if you don't want dyes to be so obtainable, why use that to obtain dyes?

Erm... half support.

Though I like the idea of water lilies and cattails, I don't really think the game needs 5 different colors of the same flower. Maybe just a pink tulip? I haven't checked to see what all's in the new snapshot, but a pretty pink flower sounds like a fair bet. :3
