Ummm... What I mean is the same colour in different biomes.... what you're talking about is already implemented into the game (not the logs and planks, but the leaves are)... and if the actual wood/planks acted like that, imagine a wooden build half on one biome and half on the other - that would be a bit unnatural! o.o
OK. I think that would be a good idea for a mod.... Actually I think that's a very good idea for a mod.... But I'm thinking of a regular tree, not a magic tree... think about it. Do you think Mojang will put a magic tree in?
Although... I could tie this up to potions somehow... and maybe swampy saplings or something like that could be used for a potion of nausea? I think I might add that!

It's not supposed to be a magic tree, it's supposed to gross your Minecraft character out, making the Nausea effect pop up.

OK then... but the potion thing is done up on the thread, so anyways, I like your idea... but It's supposed to be used for building, and the 2 worst things for building are blindness and nausea.
