I had an idea that I think it simple, but would be helpful. Each item in the creative inventory would have one tag, besides the name. That tag would be the number of the update that it was added in. That means everything from the 1.5 update would have the the tag "1.5". Or, if you wanted to find all the new stuff in the new update, instead of looking everywhere in the inventory, you just type in "1.6" and all the stuff from 1.6 would come up. This would be helpful if you wanted to find the new items, or you are wondering when each item came in, without going on the internet. This could be very helpful, and pretty easy.

Yes.

I would say that for most players, this would just get in the way. However adding it to the already present extended info mode would be acceptable.

I don't get how it would get in the way. All you would do is search for the number of the update. It wouldn't get in the way of anything.

I find it annoying though that there are so much stuff in one text box thing. For strength potion you have the name, effect, attribute AND with this version thing.

It wouldn't show on the name, it would just be a tag, UNSEEN, that you could search.
