Snow biomes have snow as weather, every other biome has rain. Don't ya think that is a little boring??
What I am suggesting is having sand storms in the desert.
Simple enough, sandstorms in the desert. This is not vague at all so no herp derp mods better come here and lock this, I do not need to write a freakin novel to convince people this would be a cool idea.

That's what my English professor would call unnecessary "filler"
Your suggestion is what my English professor would call undetailed and dull. Like the novel you relate to, it has to be filled with details to grab the reader and make it interesting and balanced.
sand storm for weather in the desert, how much more do you need!?!?!?!?

First, this is very very redunanat. Search for similar articles before posting.
Also, (OMG I had really big problems capitalizing this letters, my fingers go crazy with the caps lock), this is vague. Tell us how it looks like, what are the effects of it, and just write down some information (even if there is anything to explain, we like to see long posts).

Curse PremiumIt's vague, and redundant- Many people have suggested this in much greater detail.
Search and this is extremely vague

Its way too vague, give details of what it does and when it happens at least
