Coral: Spawns in clusters of 3-8 on the sea floor. When broken gives 2-4 coral bits which can be re-crafted into coral blocks*.(Used for mainly for decoration)
Sponges: should spawn in groups of 1-3 found in Coral Reefs (See below)
Beach caves: Short caves which at the end a pool of water where fish are abundant.
Coral Reefs: Large underwater structures made mostly of coral. Groups of sponges spawn here in groups and won't suck in water until re-placed. Fish are extremely abundant here along with jellyfish.
Feel free to comment on anything that should be tweaked or other additions that could work with this.

Well you would have to swim right next to the jellyfish for them to actually sting you. And they attack very slow ,so you have a good chance of getting away.
Fish: who drop 1 raw fish each when killed.
Jellyfish: ranging from small then medium to large.
Small: 0.5 Hearts of damage per sting*, drops 1-2 slimeballs (Common)
Medium: 1 Hearts of damage per sting*, drops 2-3 slimeballs (Semi-Rare)
Large: 1.5 Hearts of damage per sting*, drops 3-4 slimeballs (Rare)
* Stings occur when you get next to the mob once every second.*
Crabs: Passive mobs which spawn in beach biomes. Drops 1 raw fish upon death.
