Ever feel Villagers can rip you off with their prices? Well there's a way to help that. In life we can buy things from a credible stranger or even a close friend, some more willing than others to lower their prices for you. The suggestion is simple, negotiate prices with villagers. But when can you come to agreement?
Easy, the more you trade with a villager, the more likely they will accommodate your budget or your workload with a true reward. You'll have to work hard at first, but the only way to get places is to make friends. So become friends with villagers and you'll be able to negotiate for better prices.
Simply adjust the reward or the cost with arrows and they'll make sounds or visible faces when they can agree with the price. There is a set price, but there's a chance they'll come to an agreement.
A simple suggestion really that can be easily implemented with some elbow grease by the Mojang Team. It will allow villages to give leeway to profit from them. Instead of destroying them... Like I've been doing a lot recently...

Cj, I like your idea. It's simple, but not simplistic. (Does that even make sense? Whatever. I'll explain.) It is simplistic. I didn't think that out too well.
I support your idea. I hope Mojang adds this in sometime soon.
I would say it would be better to add a trade button. This way, if a villager wants 5 emeralds for a sugar cane, you could put in 3 emeralds and click trade. The villager may accept or refuse.

I like this, but I would take it further. Depending on the difference in the trade from their actual price and how much they like you, there should be a chance that they will not only refuse the trade, but also gain dislike for you as though you had hit them. You should also be able to pay more than their asking price, like a tip, for a chance at generating extra happiness from them...sort of an "investing in the future" option.
