Alright, no one likes the idea. So no need to reply anymore, I've got it. Hah.
I have my own suggestions for Endermen. Looking through the suggestions forums for a bit but not finding anything like it, I guessed it was alright to start a new topic on it.
Now, we all know how annoying it can be when an Endermen starts destroying all the land you've been Terra-forming. Instead of Endermen being able to pick blocks there should be a very rare chance (1-3%) Of an Endermen spawning with a block of Obsidian.
The Endermen would then place the block before despawning or dieing, and perhaps with some advanced AI all the Endermen could place their block on top of each other creating those sort of "End" towers. Now I'm not sure if 1-3% is too high, as you don't want your world just completely covered in obsidian, but what with enchanted diamond picks I think this would be much cooler and make a whole lot more sense than them just tearing up dirt.
I mean, Endermen DO come from another dimension where there's obsidian towers. And I can understand it could be annoying if there were random obsidian towers everywhere, so to fix this there's a simple solution...
Perhaps if you want to get more advanced they could build a small Endstone platform before placing obsidian? (Slightly lower chance to spawn than with a block of Obby) There'd need to be a Endstone platform a sufficient size before Endermen could place any obsidian, probably the same size as a average End Obby tower +1 extra block on the outside all around it, this would make it much much easier to prevent them from building the towers. Or it could even create controlled areas where the player could lay Endstone for the Endermen to make these towers.
That alone could lead to some pretty cool player-helped landscapes or "natural" monuments.
Now I know you're all thinking, "But I don't want obsidian pillars all over my Endstone builds!" This could simply be fixed by making it so Endermen can't build in lighted areas. The area must be at bl 4 or below, making it only possible to build at night and away from most player-structures.
Anyways, that's my suggestion. I'd like your opinion, or any flaws you see. I think Endermen could be much better this way.
If there really are so many Endermen in your world that they are "destroying" your land then you have other problems to worry about other than modifying them.
1. Endermen are the rarest hostile mob.
2. They don't always pick up a block.
3. If you have a bed then the chances of them changing anything at all plummet drastically (after being very small chances in the first place).

Well, when you're trying to make a very large-scale build and it involves a bit of flat land spread over multiple places in a very large area... It can be slightly annoying. And I've been running around lately killing all them zombies.

Curse PremiumEndermen are fine the way they are (because there're special).
I never said it did, I guess it could take less eh?
Well, I figured it may make them "less-evil"? But I suppose not, point taken.

But point taken, alright.
Yea, I expected as much from everyone honestly. But I gave it a shot, just threw a random idea out there.
Alright, that's fair enough.
Thanks for all the replies. ^^
