Endermen don't scare me as much as they used to. They used to be frightening, because I knew nothing about them. But now I just get under a 2 block high area and attack it because it cannot hurt me. So I thought to myself, how can endermen be more powerful? I had a few ideas on how to do this:
1. Rather then just make them teleport away when fired at by an arrow, what if they teleported themselves away, and the person who fired the arrow to the location they where, so that the firer gets hit by the arrow.
2. What if occasionally, the angry enderman would be able to teleport you to them?
3.What if you got a nausea effect whenever you look an enderman in the eyes?
4. What if when the enderman holding a block, they had the ability to throw it at you? The harder the block, the higher the damage done.
Do you like my ideas? If not, post why. Also, reply if you get any other ideas.
I don't understand one, and I don't think four is necessary. I think two and three are pretty cool, support. I think to add a bit more danger to our lame Dragon, it should also give players Nausea if they look it in the eye.
Wouldn't it be funny if JohnTheRipper commented (or for some reason, locked) on this, given your name?

"You tried mercenary work? It might suit you."
"On a scale of one mile to Lord of the Rings, how far did you walk today?"

Agreed about four. Though i don't like the teleporting nonsense. D: Maybe just fling the arrows back at you...
I like the nausea idea, but I think the other ideas should be saved for some kind of "Ender Warlord" mini-boss with a 5% chance to spawn instead of a normal Enderman.
Ideas number 2 and 3 where my strongest ones.I also support the idea of a mini-boss that gets these effects rather then the regular endermen. How about this "Enderlord takes the place of the silverfish spawner in the stronghold main room. What if this boss could only be killed with water or some other special weapon. I dont know really. I just want some sort of mini boss that you have to fight before you can take on the enderdragon.
Or for the arrows, they could have a chance to "deflect" it. Rather than putting you were the arrow is going (which could get complicated and very buggy.) they could flip the arrow around somehow, I'm sure that's possible to code. So if they get hit by an arrow they have say, a 15% chance to deflect it back in the direction the arrow came from, so it applies for Skeleton too.
And I think in spirit of difficulty, on normal the arrow should go 1.5x faster than how fast it was fired. And 2x faster on Hard more.
Anyone like this idea?
Hey... Arrow Sped enchantment idea?! That could be useful.

That would be hilarious.

Curse PremiumHowever, I would like to see endermen shrinking their legs so they can fit in a 2 block high environment. That would be funny.
