Hi, i wanted to show my 2 command ideas: chat and key commands.
KEY COMMANDS:
That will auto-press the specified key for the specified player by the specified time. Here's the usage:
/key right 100 @p
That would make the nearest player walk right for 1 minute.or even:
/key left @p
This one doesn't have a time limit so it presses the key infinitely, until the player dies, or the following command is output:
/key stop @p
That one would stop any automatic key the player is pressing. And also:
/key add jump
This makes possible for multiple keys to work at the same time, as the commands adds another key to an already pressed key.
Full command database:
forward
right
left
/key {back } {player} [delay]
jump
sneak
drop
inventory
list
/key stop {player}
forward
right
left
/key add {back } {player} [delay]
jump
sneak
drop
inventory
list
This would give an awsome resource for mapmakers to make storylines, expressive characters, cutscenes, and many other stuff.
CHAT COMMANDS
Not exactly a command, just another command argument that checks for players that wrote that same word or phrase in the chat.
/give @p[chat=stone] 1
This one gives stone to the nearest player that said "stone" in the chat. This can be perfect for shops, server kits and even commandless comands!(even thought that sound weird)

This idea is actually extremely intuitive and looks really useful and practical, and I see that you are starting to get better organized with your ideas. Support.

The moving commands would definitely be useful for map makers... If they didn't have command blocks and /tp x y z...
/tp isn't very useful for making storylines and cutscenes, as it just teleports the player somewhere, don't totally automate player moving. This would be very useful to make rpg-like cutscenes, the type that the player simply walks, talks and attacks without you entering a key.
