Basically it's just a Stone Brick block but made with obsidian. (2x2 Obsidian blocks)
Since I can't delete the post below this, read what I said after the below posts.
Vague, what would it look like? What can it be used in? Is it blast proof like obsidian? How would it be used in crafting recipes? Can it be naturally found?

"Colder than the snow that blankets the earth" "Colder than the ice that cover the stones and freezes the rivers" "Colder than the north wind blowing through a winter-bound forest" "Colder than all these is the smile of a Shade of the Dark"

Black stone bricks; building; yes; 2 x 2 obsidian blocks in crafting table; maybe, if there's some kind of structure that is generated in the end.

When I meant "How would it be used in crafting recipes" I didn't mean HOW to craft it, I meant if the brick itself is going to be used in a crafting recipe for something.

Obsidian is already completely blastproof, with the exception of the Wither.
But I do agree, it's quite a redundant topic. Pictures would be quite helpful, along with a few uses for it - we don't need another block only because it looks pretty.

Obsidian stairs and slabs on their own are much more important than obsidian bricks.
Someone also suggested basically the same thing in the form of obsidian "tiles". Search for a thead titled something like "let obsidian live up to its potential" if you'd like to read through maybe 4 or 5 pages of discussion about it.

Do you use Stone Brick blocks in anything?
To make stairs and slabs.

Okay, then that.

I'd advise against making a structure in the end. . .
At least it gives obsidian a purpose, but I don't really see much of a point.

Made this, because I had nothing better to do. I think this is a pretty good idea, anyways- support.
