Ores and Generated structure spawning chance varying
Now here is an idea I had come up with that will make the difficulty of hard harder and the difficulty of easy easier. So what happens is that ores and generated structure spawning chance will be varied based on the difficulty the chunk it is loaded in. The harder it is the less of a chance of finding the ores or generated structures. Though it would be pretty useless in singleplayer, it would be useful on servers and on hardcore since you can’t change the difficulty. Now the ore chance will be based on chunk and the generated structure would be based on region. This should be added in to add more difficulty to those who want to be playing it toughly and to those who want to play it easily. Now here are the changes of spawning based on difficulty:
Now here was an idea by Joonatan1998 to have there be a secondary difficulty for ores and structures rather than it be with the regular difficulty for mobs.
Now I am not asking this to be in 1.7, I want it to be in 1.8 or later to let the players adapt to the new difficulties of the 1.6 update. If it was added in 1.7 players wouldn't have time to adapt and they'll feel that the game is too hard.

The difficulty problem still stands because admins can change server difficulty. I know of some plugins that change the difficulty every couple days that make this not work.
It allows for the same general thing except it locks it at world generation. Plus it has a number of other features that make it useful. It also works in Single Player and Multiplayer.

I think there needs to be 2 kinds of difficulty:
1. World difficulty that you can't change after you have made map. (Controls ore and struckture spawning)
2. Normal difficulty that you can change (Affects mobs, at the start of map is set to world difficulty)
I stopped with the first few sentences. I think the difficulties are good as they are. They should be extreme one way or extreme the other. There has to be middle ground.
I think there needs to be 2 kinds of difficulty:

2. Normal difficulty that you can change (Affects mobs, at the start of map is set to world difficulty)
That is actually a good idea. Having a mob setting and an ore and structure setting would actually be better so a person on hard mode can get lots of ores and structures.
