I tried to make wireless redstone with enderchests and comparators, but unfortunately, Enderchests do not activate comparators when things are in them! so please fix this, PLEASE?! It would make redstone MUCH easier and compact for everyone so, please fix it
This is not a bug. Nothing is broken about this, it is as designed. So you have two options:
If you still think it is a bug, go to the Minecraft Bug Tracker and submit it as a bug.
If you don't think it is a bug and want to suggest they change it so it does what you want, edit the OP and write it like a suggestion. And it wouldn't hurt to put a little more detail into your idea. If someone doesn't use a lot of Redstone they will have no idea what you mean.

I hope they fix this :'(
No, you can't do that, because an ender chest's contents are different for every player, and are stored in player.dat rather than a tile entity. This would mean that you need to store ender chest's contents would have to be stored for every player in a tile entity, which would have multiple different outputs cooresponding to each player. So it won't work. Instead, hook up a command block to your input, type /scoreboard players set @p (obj.) 1, then another one hooked up to a clock with /testfor @a[score_(obj)_min=1] hooked up to a comparitor as your output.
