My first idea is a potion of life. Once consumed by the player, the player turns all blocks around it in a 5x5 radius into grass blocks, occasionally spawning trees and lakes. This effect lasts for 2 minutes.
In my next post I will show the process of making and the skin of this potion, along with the splash effects.

I like Redstoning and command blocks, and if you don't, DO!!!!!
Please elaborate. What do you mean by "new brewing stuff must be added"? Should there be more potions? More ingredients? More potion variations? Some sort of additional use for cauldrons? In the future, please describe your suggestions with more detail instead of just saying "new brewing stuff must be added".

Okay, if you have ideas for brewing why don't you post them instead of just saying "guys there needs to be more brewing stuff i have ideas"?
This isn't really how the Suggestions section works. Here is a quick run down:
Read the stickied threads and the rules. They help.
You come up with an idea. A specific idea. Currently your idea is basically "Hey add things for brewing."
Put as much thought into the idea as possible. Look on the wiki, think about if it is balanced, think of if a lot of people want it. If it is a mob, try and come up with stats and how it spawns and what it looks like. Don't forget drops.
Search. That one is important, it is a rule. Learn to use Advanced Search well because it will come in handy.
Search again. Use different but similar terms. Not everyone thinks or speaks the same way as you so you never know if something is similar but has different wording.
FInally, post the idea. Post all of it. None of this "I have an idea, I will post half of it now, half of it in an hour" stuff. If it isn't done, wait.
Don't expect a lot of discussion necessarily, some threads just never catch on. But be ready to discuss it if it comes to that. It is your idea and your thread. Nothing is worse than when someone posts an idea (good or bad) and then just vanishes.
Expect constructive and destructive feedback. I wish we didn't have destructive feedback but some people will just respond with "No" without actually giving any reasons. Ignore destructive feedback, build off of constructive feedback. Listen to other people and try to accommodate them.
That is about all I have for you.

Life potion is really OP. I mean really OP. Even with the chance of trees growing being very rare, it is still very OP. Think about it: One life potion would at least grow a few trees still. And what would you brew into it to make it? A grass block? A bone meal?
A potion of life? Do you have any idea how overpowered this is? Griefers could drink one of these and run around someone's house a couple of times and bam, the house is ruined. No support.
How about a potion that causes the mob or player that is hit by it or consumes it to light on fire. It would be made by brewing a fire charge with an awkward potion, or it could be made by brewing a fermented spider eye with a potion of fire resistance. This potion could be called The Potion of Igniting. The fire on the player or mob would slowly drain its health and would set other objects it touches alight. The potion lasts for 30 sec.

Dude, It's easier and better to edit the Thread post than just posting replies. Plus coming up with them on the fly isn't really helpful. Badrenpup is retired staff so he knows the rules around here, go to the links and do what he says you should.
