Now i am listing foods and effects.
Golden apple: alright, it will give you health boost and regen for about 2 minutes. Awesome food without flaws(also crafting recipe with ingots not nuggets)
Enchanted golden apple: The same but with far longer duration and fire resistance+strength

Now I am suggesting those, from top good foods to bottom - bad foods.
Golden carrot - should give you 3 hearts instant healing and 1 heart boost as well as haste I for 1 minute.
Glistering melon - mega whooping 4 hearts boost and nothing more.
Apple - gives you effect of Haste and Swiftness for 30 seconds.
Carrot - gives you Strength for 30 seconds(really they improve brain reaction! but this is replaced by strength)
Magic water(Not to confuse with potions) gives you 1 hunger point, cleanising of bad effects and heal you, plus giving 2 hearts health boost
Raw Fish gives you very small amount of strength for 10 seconds.
Raw Chicken gives you small amount of Dullness and Sleepiness for 5 seconds and Swiftness for 10 seconds
Raw Beef gives you small amount of strength for 15 seconds
Raw Pork gives you small amount of strength for 10 seconds
Water Bottle gives you 1,5 hunger point and cleanises bad effects from your body
Spider eye gives you poison for 4 seconds and stomatch jamming.
Dangerous water gives you 1 hunger point and causes Dullness, Slowness and Nausea for 1 minute. Also gives you Ionic Poisoning.
Milk gives you array of effects:
immediately after drinking it cleanises bad effects and causes Degradation for 4 minutes.
Gives you haste, swiftness and jump boost for 5 minutes immediately after drinking
after 5 minutes it gives you Dullness, Slowness and Slab Limited Jumping for 4 minutes(sugar overload and depleting energy)
Also if you drink 2 buckets of milk it causes degradation II, addiction to milk I and diabete I for 15 minutes.
Bread gives you degradation I, and gives you Stomatch Jamming, haste, swiftness, jump boost and addiction to bread I for 10 minutes, and has 0,0001% chance to instantly give you Cancer for rest of your life until you cure it.
Cooked pork and beef give you Stomatch Jamming II, and has 0,0001% chance to instantly give you Cancer for rest of your life until you cure it.
Cooked chicken gives you Sleepiness, Dullness, Stomatch Jamming and Degradation for 4 minutes.
Cooked fish gives you poison for 6 seconds and stomatch jamming, and dullness as well.
Sugar gives you Haste and Dullness along with 1% chance to give you Diabete, with 2 hunger.
Cake gives you Stomatch Jamming III for 3 minutes, Nausea for 45 seconds, Degradation III for 4 minutes, and gives you addiction to sweets, addiction to milk, and addiction to bread for 60 minutes.
Color meaning:
Green - safe to eat, unaware how many you eat you can eat them safely, you will never overeat it.
Gray - no real good or bad effects. And you can actually overuse this item
Brown - Safe to eat but you actually can overeat
Red - dangerous poisons, giving you dangerous effects.
Effect meaning:
Health boost: Gives you more capacity of your health - more available hearts(14 hearts instead of 10)
Health lowering: Opposite effect of above, making your heart capacity smaller(7 hearts instead of 10)
Degradation: Effect very similiar to Wither but much slower in damage. It deals 1 health lowering per 10 seconds - 1 heart less per 10 seconds. Your hearts are still visible. During this effect you can catch Nausea for 3 seconds anytime, and your vision is weakened.
Stomatch Jamming: totally jams your stomatch and rips your hunger bar, making you not hungry for whole Minecraft day plus night. Although this effect is "good", you are unable to walk fast and jump(jumping limited to slabs). If you try to sprint you vomit and Stomatch Jamming ends.
Vomiting: You emit particles from your mouth and your hunger bar lowers by 3 hunger points. This effect is instant and not taking peiod of time.
Haste: Increases mining speed
Dullness: Oposite to above, decreases its speed.
Diabete: Degradation plus Haste plus Swiftness. Sums with degradation - if you catch both effects you lose 2 hearts per 10 seconds without ultimate ability to restore them.
Cleanising: Cleans bad effects/lowers their level. Degradation is special and cannot be cleanised, you must drink twice to cleanise degradation/diabete. Cancer can NOT be cleanised as it requires Ionic cleanising. Is instant and takes no duration.
Ionic cleanising: cleans every bad effect unaware its level. If in the same tick you were damaged by potion of damage II and got Ionic Cleanising damage is not dealt. Only thing that can cure cancer. Also gives you instant healing of 1 heart and health boost of 1 heart for 4 minutes, enjoy this!
On the other hand it is dangerous to undead because it has life energy. It heavily damages Wither and its potion is very expensive or inacessible as it is VERY strong weapon. Also if splash potion haked into inventory, gives zombie villager instant cure. Can oly be compared to sword with Smite VI. Creeper gains charge after being splashed with potion of this effect.
Ionic Poisoning: Wither! But this wither lowers hearts, cannot be cleanised properly. It requires Ionic cleaninsing to cure. Potions are healing undead very stongly, possibly by 12 hearts - and giving them 12 hearts health boost while others are dying. Potion is only available fru hacks, as effects worrier Wither is OP(umm, fire aspect/flame? Fire also can kill just like Wither). Also heals Nether mobs. If gained by hacks it is VERY strong weapon to any living not undead entity. But if you give Creeper one it gains charge! Heals wither very strongly. note: magic and dangerous water are NOT potions of those two above effects! Potions of those effects are VERY strong and are not for players.
Cancer: The same like Degradation, but has infinity duration untill... you die or it is cured by magic water.
Slab limited Jumping: you can not autowalk on slabs, you must jump on slabs. Your jump is only 0.5 block as you cannot jump whole block.
Magic and Dangerous water:
They cannot be obtained other than:
Magic water is obtained by holding bottle of water and being hit by lightining. This water instantly turns magic. Even if you die it is!
Both Magic and Dangerous water can be obtained by holding paired number of water bottles: 2,4,8,32... One pair is magic water, another is dangerous water. Stand on block of redstone to split waters. If you have only 1 water bottle you get... nothing. if you have non-pair number more than 2 such as 3, 7, it gives you one bottle of normal water(thereby doing 3-1, 7-1) and will return paired number. Paired number will return pairs of magic and dangerous water.
Properties of these waters:
Dangerous water attracts lightning to its holder.
If you were holding dangerous water and caught lightning it reverts into normal water.
If you are on fire for more than 5 seconds magic water reverts into normal water
if you are on fire for more than 10 seconds normal water is dangerous.
