Villagers will have a picture of a circle with an emerald in the middle above their heads(next to where the name would be) while they "interact" with each other. The next trade unlocked with that villager will be from the profession of the villagers that it "traded" with
If they did this, villager professions would seem kind of useless. Could a farmer villager trade with a priest and that farmer villager would offer you an eye of ender? If they did implement this, what would be the point of villager professions?

It would just liven them up. Say that to their new sounds if you don't want them to be more like you.

I see where you're going with this, you want villages to be more lifelike, but I don't think this would be the right approach, but this could go somewhere if you thought of some other way, not this though, it's quite useless
