I think there should be a boarding rail so that a cart can come, stop, then wen a player enters it automatically goes again. With this an unloading rail would be needed which woulod be the opposite of a boarding rail. Also for minecart chests the redstone comparator should be able to tell whats in it becasue currently it cant tell there is a chest there
Aha, nice Ulquiorra pixel art.
But I figure it would be a better function for comparators to check if a player is in a cart; it opens up a great deal of possibilities to merely test if the player is in the cart rather than a rail which holds the cart until the player gets out. You could build this and much more; like, say, a puzzle that would only trigger when the player entered a minecart (without having to hit a button), using a variation (mainly, take out the inverter) on this item unloading station design:
Yes this too but i want to make an item delivery service but a comparator will not work witha minecart with a chest like it does for a normal chest idk how to do it but ya maybe even just have a player detector rail or a variable one that u right click on and it changes from being a normal one to player to mob or chest cart and so on

A comparator does work with a minecart with a chest, it just needs to be on a detector rail to do so. This limits some things, but it's not impossible to work with:
