Hey guys, Im here with a simple idea for Minecraft. Are you tired of throwing a good piece of steak on the ground so other poorer people can pick it up and eat it? Well, this will fix that nonsense. It is a revolutionary new idea called "Handing".
You will now be able to hand things to other people without throwing then to the ground and possibly having someone else steal it. How can you hand things to others? Its by holding down your right-click button on your mouse. After two seconds, the item leaves your hand into the other player that you are looking at. But be warned! You cannot hand things to others unless they are within block-placing distance.
This is lot better than throwing a new diamond sword on the ground, only to have a griefer run past and take it from your friend's hands (feet)?
Thank you for reading! Please +1 this and comment on what you think! See ya!
Not a bad idea but I would much rather have an actual trading system.

No, this is a terrible idea on how you are saying it. You saying that a player must be within one block. Okay, but this can be abused. Say your protecting yourself by holding right click with a sword, after a second you just gave the sword to your attacker. Say your holding right click to give a friend an item but a player runs in between you two and he gets the item. Say your building something vertically (say from the bottom of a ravine) and a player jumps on your and you just gave him all the blocks in your hand. Stupid idea is stupid.

But according to you, the player needs to be within a one block distance.
Stupid idea is stupid. Stupid logic is stupid.
It's not stupid, it's actually quite a good idea. All it needs is a separate key to perform the action, say, R? Or even just the drop key while looking at someone?

Thats a good idea, the drop key when your looking at someone.

It wouldnt be as simple as a player running right through your face, if you move your cursor off a player or too another another player the two second timer resets.

That would be cool also, but this is just simple giving system. I might actually implement a trading system too.

Curse PremiumThis idea interesting, perhaps one could use CTRL/COMMAND?
That's a good idea, like a villager trading system for players!
