I remember when we just got the swamp and jungle biomes,it was a brand new feeling into Minecraft it added that adventure feeling into the game but I think I'm speaking for the Minecraft community that we want more biomes. I'm taking my insparation from a well known mod ExtraBiomes. Also feel free to leave some biome suggestions.
Here is some examples in this video made by CaptainSparkles:
Suggestions in this thread need to be more specific than your post to qualify.
I think many who play minecraft want more biomes - do you have suggestions for which biomes you'd like to see from the ExtraBiomes Mod included in vanilla minecraft?
"I really want people to be on board with this suggestion, so I'll use pointlessly large orange font and just post a video instead of actually making the effort to explain the suggestion."

Hey, you there. Yes, you! Are you thinking about posting a suggestion on the forums anytime soon? If so, please read this before doing so.
"I really want people to be on board with this suggestion, so I'll use pointlessly large orange font and just post a video instead of actually making the effort to explain the suggestion."
"I really want people to put more thought into suggestions, so I'll paraphrase their post in an insulting manner rather than offering a relatively new member some advice in a forum section that is way anal about that sort of thing than the rest of the forums."
What you're doing isn't helping much either.
As people said, it is important to put detail into your ideas because this section lives and dies by the amount of detail put into an idea. Here are some things you want to post in an idea about a biome:
Biome Name
How common it is
Common blocks in that biome (is there lots of sand? Lots of clay?)
Any new blocks, their descriptions, what you use to harvest them, and what you can make with them
Any biome specific new mobs, their stats, what they drop, what they look like
What the terrain looks like (is it rough or flat, are there lots of trees?)
Any other info you can think of
Videos and images are always a plus, but they can't be the entirety of the idea. Also, post presentation matters, try to avoid using large, fancy, and colorful thoughts unless they are providing emphasis on something important (see what I did there?).

Well, you have to admit, the OP kind of had that coming. He had the chance to real the rules and learn how suggestions are done properly, but still continued to make threads with these "I need attention so baaaad!"-sized fonts.

True as that may be, while a low post count and a recent start date doesn't fully excuse a user from breaking the rules, that doesn't mean we shouldn't show them some respect while we beat them over the head with the rules. Not to mention the fact that while I respect 0_Zippy because he usually follows the rules to a tee and is a good poster, the fact is that his post didn't contribute to the ideas (although there really aren't any posted), and while he was trying to reinforce the rules he broke a few in the process. As are we if we don't contribute to the thread at all while we have this side discussion.
So all that aside, I always wanted a biome similar to deserts, but with large Sand Dunes that rise 3-10 blocks that are composed entirely of Sand. Mainly because Sand isn't renewable and I use a LOT of it. I wouldn't mind if this feature was added to Deserts though, perhaps replacing the pits of water that until a new snapshot existed (I think they removed them anyways).

I can't exactly argue that logic. Alright then, I hope this will be more helpful.
Please, don't go overboard with the huge colorful font. It's useful for separation and formatting, but when you do it to your entire post, it can showcase a little desperation and doesn't boost the quality of the idea.
Don't use only a video as your explanation and examples. Explain in detail what you're going for first, then maybe use the video after that to give the visual stuff.
Don't use yellow text on a forum with a bright background.
