I was thinking of a new Pvp style for servers and I thought that it would be cool if everyone had a extremely high powered jump boost (/effect @p 8 10000 20) and was given one hit kill swords, the point is to be able to jump up onto buildings with a single bound and/or land behind someone and kill them instantly for money/rewards some upgrades could include a armor set that can only withstand 1 hit then break giving the wearer a chance to fight back or escape and swiftness potions. Please leave feedback below
I like it, I personally would probably play it a bunch. Anyway, how is this really a Suggestion, because using Minecraft's current system, everything you just said is already possible?
I didn't know where to put it because there didn't seem to be anything that allowed me to suggest stuff to servers in the forums, and I had to write it quickly so the suggestions was the closest I could get

I suggest trying Maps Discussion.
The concept is possible in a number of ways, and jump boost 35 is a good number for skyscrapers. Try to build it yourself.

I have a bukkit server that me and my friends play on so I could just disable fall damage on that. Thanks for the suggestion though
