Mojang really needs to fix the knock-back bugs on things like eggs and snowballs. the bug was reported here https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MC-3179, way back when, but to this date it has not been fixed! I miss having snowball fights with friends Mojang, please fix this!

Snowballs, yes. Eggs, no.

Agreed. I too want ta see this function return.

Without snowball knock-back, building any type of gantry / deterrent station for hostile mobs with snow golems seems a bit redundant..

YES!! without the knockback...snowfight will be boring..
