Ruby Ore: Has the same look as emerald ore, just red. When mined, a plain ruby comes out, just like diamond and emerald.
New Use for Emeralds:
1.) Allow them to be crafted into armor, and make this armor stronger than diamond armor.
2.) Have them used in new items upgrades (explained in more detail later).
New Defensive Armor:
1.) Allow different items to be made into archer gear or magic gear. Say, you can combine cowhide and string to make Colfs, and you can combine wool and lapus to make mage gear.
New Offensive Weapons:
Magic Staff: Can be created when you place 3 sticks vertically in a crafting table, with 2 gems on either side. Depending on the gem, you get more bonuses.
-The staff could store potions in it (a limited amount), and you could click to throw them at enemies. The better potions you use, the more potions you can store and the longer their effects last.
Gem Sword: Can be made when you place a sword in the middle CT box, with two gems of your choice around it.
-The sword would glow whatever color you used to make it (if you used emerald, it would glow green, etc.) While using the sword, you have a better chance at doing something.
(If you used emerald, you could cut down a tree with your sword like if you had an axe)
(If you used ruby, you would be able to mine things quicker in the nether)
Etc, etc.
Nature Bow: Can be made when you place a bow in the middle CT box, with two gems of your choice around it.
(If you used ruby, your arrows would automatically have a weak fire aspect to them.)
(If you used emerald, when the arrow hits the ground it causes a tree to grow.)
(If you used diamond, it makes your arrows shoot farther.)
New Mobs:
Penguins: Only found near ice-lakes. They are non-hostle, but if you attack one of them they will all attack you, much like Zombie Pigmen do.
Fish: Non-hostle. There could be many kinds of fish.
New Blocks:
Weather Block: When placed and filled with 9 emeralds, diamonds or rubies, you can do a one time weather change that effects 40 blocks around you. So if you picked for it to be sunny in a snow biome, then you can't go and rechange it. The only way to reset it is if you destroy the Weather Block and replace it with a new one, but you won't get your jewels back.
-Recipe: 3 Daylight Sensors on top, 3 diamonds in the middle, 3 Quartz Pillar Blocks on the bottom.
Fountain Block: When placed in water or right above it, water will go through it and then be forced up 2 blocks. This would be used in XP Machines, making fountains for decoration, or anything you really want!
-Recipe: (X stands for blank space, i stands for Iron, and R stands for redstone block, H stands for Hopper) XRX i H i i i i
I should warn you that these guys don't like it when you make more than one suggestion per thread, but they do already have a way of making fountains - all you have to do is place a water block in the air. You can also remove solid blocks underneath it to make it look more like it is being shot up.
NEW MOB is Eboid
10 health does 3 damage
attacks like a zombie
drops evoit
NEW BLOCK is evoid blocks to make you put 9 evoits in a crafting table
RED
NEW DIMENSION is EVOID which you make using
5 by 5 area of evoid blocks
small island like the end made from evoid blocks and has a bunch of evoid mobs in it
you can hop in and out also there is a castle in the middle where there sleeps the EVODIAN which is a boss with 300 health which has a ranged attack which only does 1 heart of damage
Uhh... No, just no, eboit evoit evoid, it all looks the same! And we don't need new dimensions, a new boss would be ok, but this one is incredibly weak, some armor can completly void his damage (pun intended).
1. No wishlists.
2. Emeralds will NEVER be used for armor or tools in vanilla.

Quite true. On both counts.

no sig yay
The post is pretty vague and I don't like the ideas. No support.
