From what I know, there are two temples in two different biomes. A desert Temple, and a Jungle Temple.
I was probably thinking of more different kinds of temples. like a snow temple. found only in ice plains. protected by snow golems and have valuable loot such as iron, gold, emeralds, and rarely diamonds or, enchanted books. and other contents such as rotten flesh and bones.
another temple idea is not really a temple but a fort.
Found in the oceans on one of the small islands there would be an Abandoned fort that would contain traps like trip wired dispensers like the ones in the jungle temple and also contain chests with loot and arrows for your bow if you had one.
And lastly
underground bunkers
Although Minecraft is a game where you are the only person in the game other then the Villagers and the world should not be littered with too many man-made features but coop with me on this one.
Underground bunkers are found in every biome but there are rare. there would be an entrance and stairs going down 5-7 blocks down into a 3x3 path that leads into a bunker containing iron doors that lead into rooms that contain chests with loot like iron, gold, emeralds, diamonds, enchanted books and, arrows.
Well there you go.
These are just ideas, I'm not saying these structures should be put in.

I hope you like my idea

All very good ideas. Here are my comments on them.
First off, your idea for different kinds of temples, like the snow temple. I think it is a very good idea although since there is already 2 different kinds, it might get a little bit repetitive after a while. It is also pretty hard to get the terrain generation right every time and they can be buggy depending if there is redstone involved.
Next, the Bunkers. I think these are similar to strongholds. If you really wanted to, you could just light up the stronghold with a ton of torches and there you have it, your own personal bunker. It might be pretty far away from where you had originally set up and stuff but that's ok.
Either way, these are good ideas and I think they would add to the game nicely. With that being said, there are many more important things Mojang is currently working o to make Minecraft more enjoyable.
I hope my opinion is valued and you appreciate me for writing this.
@Devdog11 true, but sometimes there is got to be 'something' because I do remember being stranded out in the ocean with only a boat and the nearest land I ever got to was over 37,000 blocks from the previous land I was at, while I was on that trip I saw a ton of islands, mostly ones that are big enough to make like a med-size house and some things I've seen on those islands are trees, sugar canes and rarely some caves.
Thats where the idea of an abandoned fort came from because no one would think that someone was there before you (The player) came to that place.

Sorry, I left that one out.
It's not a bad idea, just seems a little but too... What's the word... Un-natural. I don't know. It is one of the better idea's though. =)
