Potion of Infinite Youth:
Locks a newborn mob in its adolescent stage
The primary version of this potion is purely practical, allowing steak, pork, or chicken machines to work much faster for a cost. The secondary version is a more decorative version that keeps mobs in their adolescent stage permanently. Rather than having a "drink" option, they could be fed to individual mobs, or splashed on a group of mobs as a splash potion.

Support! I made a pig family, and the baby grew up. I couldn't tell the difference between the parents and the young. I like having one saddled pig, one unsaddles, and one little.
Food is pretty much infinite once you get a carrot farm and leather/feathers need to be easier to get, so this isn't really OP.
The potion of instant aging should also reset the cool down for breeding.

It's an ok idea, I could see how the aging potion would be useful but not the youth potion. You wouldn't really need the animals to get younger.

It could reset the breeding cooldown, but that's an awful expensive way to save yourself five minutes.
I think instead of an awkward potion, fortified milk should be the base for the aging and youth potions, with something else brewed into them to make one or the other.
The title made me think this was going to be something crazy, but I like it. It's definitely balanced, although I actually think the potion ingredients are a bit too rare. Ghast tears are hard to come by, and I usually need them for regeneration potions. Support, but perhaps a different formula?

Milk + wheat + potato + carrot Eat all your veggies to get big and strong

There are a lot of items we don't need: colo(u)red wool, paintings, flower pots, etc. The youth potion would be mostly for "Awwwww"s and for the fun of having a cute baby chicken to cuddle with as your pet.
Use the first formula, there is no need to make them easy to get.

Not sure how useful it would be for sheep farms early in the game, since brewing stands are kind of a late-game item.
Bone meal, bone dust, whatever. The magic dust you get from bones that makes things grow.
"You don't need animals to get younger." No, but I like puppies and lambs.
