Just of today 4/27/13, I heard Minecraft will be removing lakes in the deserts, to make deserts seem more "deserty", I do not have a problem with that, but deserts (in real life) can have rivers that flow through them and when you get to the end of them sometimes, they will have no lake but instead a little stream that seeps into the ground, to be honest I don't want the desert just to be a arid, barren land, please support.

Deserts still have rivers, they just flow into other biomes rather than the ground. And that is not unrealistic, the Nile River is an excellent example of a river that flows rights through a desert. Colorado river as well.

no no no, im not saying that is unrealistic, but i am just stating that minecraft should make rivers that flow through desert biomes a tad bit more common.
