I have this idea wher if you put a Torch on the ceiling of your building it will hang down so the fire is on the bottom and it is conected to the bottom of a block
That would be very unrealistic, IRL even if you attached a torch to the bottom of something, the fire would burn UP, and just destroy the torch. If you want roof lighting, use fences and torches to make a chandelier-thing.
I understand the need you're feeling here, and I agree with the concept. However, I agree with the first two posters - there's a physics issue.
I personally would like to see a sort of ceiling lighting that doesn't require an awkward-looking chandelier /and/ isn't a full block like glowstone. The aestetics are just off there.
