Introduction
I am probably not the first person to suggest this idea of XP or Level storing. I am presenting my presepctive on how to impliment this into Minecraft. I did no prior searching but have seen similar ideas. I wish to project this differently.
The XP Station
Crafting:

Q: Nether Quartz
I: Iron Ingot
The appearance is a crystalline goblet shaped jar when filled with XP it has variable levels of fill based on the amount of levels stored.
The XP Station is a static block that can store up to 50 Levels of XP. Simply select how many levels you wish to store and it transfers faster than buying gorceries on a credit card.
XP Coffers

These appear as Star shaped containers, when filled they appear Green and have the auora effect.
In any instance you need to carry levels with you in your inventory these empty coffers stack to 16, each coffer can carry 2 Levels, a full inventory can carry 64 XP levels total (Full coffers do not stack). Hold Use while equipped to fill 2 levels and tap Use on a full coffer to get your 2 levels back.
XP Bombs

XP Bombs are basically geryer than XP Coffers.
I believe that the implementation of a throwable explosive would be more fair if it at the cost of an XP Level. You would arm the bomb by giving up an XP level, then throw like an ender pearl at your target. You would get the explosion radius of a creeper. If you're not much of an enchanter or have some XP levels left over (which I believe this suggestion will help) an XP bomb will be a bang for your buck (literally).

Leave your support or comments or other such, I may post images of 2D versions if anymore nessecary.
The bomb I just kinda tinkered with, I figured it would help me fight the 500,000 endermen I had fought off in The End. I'm open to more suggestions for XP items that work like storage.

Thanks!
Thaumcraft Brain-In-A-Jars. There are also some XP Chest mods. Other than that I don't really know of any.
