In the creative inventory, we have the creeper, zombie, human, wither* and the skeleton heads. To obtain them in-game, you have to make a killing blow on that creature with a silk-touch enchanted pickaxe, so not only will it drop its mob loot, but you will also obtain the head of the mob. (In this case, for the human head, it'd have to be LAN/multiplayer)
*I'm struggling between the thought of obtaining wither heads the same way it is or changing it to silk-touch, so help me decide please
Because of this, more mob heads would need to be implemented such as endermen, spiders (cave spiders will just be regular spiders), blazes, and zombie pigman.
I'm not planning for any passive mobs, ghasts, slimes, magma cubes, silverfish, bats, villager-like hostile mobs or wolves to be heads.
To me, it sounds funny, makes sense, and makes them obtainable for decorations in survival mode.
Well there has been another suggestion like this, as you can see by my banner, but I don't like the idea of having silk touch on my tools just to kill a mob to get it's head...
I think you should maybe just either make it an extremely rare drop or add a new enchantment, when added to swords makes heads drop able.
I can see what you're saying, but if you have a silk-touch enchant, then you wouldn't need to keep grinding mobs just to get the head item from a rare drop, but instead just get it from a 100% drop. Hey, why not even have both ideas?

The point is to have them implemented in this way. ;p
