Jungle spiders would be the size of cave spiders, But green in color and have yellow eyes.
They would have -3 secs whatever the cave spider posion is. They do a 2 heart hit on easy, 3 on medium and 5 on hard. They would have 5 hearts no matter what difficulty and cant climb, But can sprint extra fast and are not affected by vines stopping them. They would spawn in the jungle at night and will attack if approached within 2 blocks
They would drop 1-3 xp orbs and a spider eye.

Only 5 hearts? That's less than a zombie, I think... Seems a bit weak.
I think they should bring back a 'Locked chest' When you kill the pharaoh the chests unlock to take the loot.
I was also thinking about Skyrim for a second.. Instead of the golem, A bigger jungle spider could fall out of the roof. Like when in a nordic ruin, frostbite spiders.

Temple bosses sound a bit...cliche. Especially since you used the pharoah boss idea, which has been suggested MANY times before. I'd rather see more slomewhat different bosses located in areas more relevant to Minecraft. For example:
Tyrant Testificate
Appearance: A testificate with iron armor, a sword and a crown.
HP: 40 hearts (he has armor, after all...)
Spawns in: A rare new subclass of village, the town, which is much larger and features a fort at the
center. The tyrant spawns inside the fort.
Pre-fight behavior: The tyrant will not attack the player unless you attack him directly or steal from his chests. However, since he's a cruel ruler who wants to keep the village people dependant on him, he will attack if you do too many "kind things" while in the town. Kind things include: Building houses, depositing materials in a blacksmith's chest, healing hurt villagers or curing zombie villagers. He also doesen't like too many new blocks being placed within his village at random, or griefing of his personal fortress.
Attacks:
Charge - A standard zombie-like "bump" attack, but he moves about as fast as a spider.
Lunge - Occasionally boosts his speed and jumps forward.
Golem summon - At half health, he will let out a battle cry. At the point, all naturally spawned
golems in the village (in other words not the player's golem) will turn agressive to the player and
track you from any distance and een through walls until you leave the village boundaries.
After you defeat him, you can safely loot his chests, and the huge village
becomes yours to build up, trade in and fortify to your liking.
A boss would be in a room after the traps, and when you kill it, it drops a key.
The key is used on a chest to get the loot and then you have to kill its minions to get out.
Desert temple: Boss = Pharaoh Minions = Skeletons with swords
Jungle temple: Boss = Jungle Golem Minions = Jungle spiders*
* Jungle spiders would be like cave spiders but green and less posion and can jump father, But cant climb.
Anyways, most of this is oversuggested, but jungle spiders might be interesting. Can you give some more detail, please?

Oh, wait, I see. It's a minion, not a boss. That makes more sense.
Nice! It could actually fit inside the pyramid well! I have no doubts on this anymore!
Well... The Jungle Golem still sounds like he wouldnt fit the temple...
