Glass Transparency Changing
Frame Angles Changing (Each charge changes it clockwise)
Jukebox Playing/Not Playing Remotely (Starts back from it left off when turned on again)
Ender Portal On/Off
Nether Portal On/Off
The images are self explanatory a redstone charge would activate those things. Also I should mention I know there are more difficult ways to do a couple of these things but it isn't as simple and elegant. An opinion would be nice!
this is the most ridiculous idea i have ever seen.
changing transparency is impossible. and why with redstone... why would you flip frame angles.
the only thing i like about this is the jukebox. but still not enough information to support and its too vague

While you have your right to an opinion, I think it would be fair If I explained to you mine. Changing transparency isn't hard, it goes from see through to none see through, as if the block changed, nothing about it is impossible coding wise. I chose to make it work with redstone because, redstone is an easy way to control it and since it would be like those modern car windows I thought it would make sense. Flipping frame angles could allow for cool effects like spinning items or adventure map tips like an arrow pointing to a direction where someone needs to go. This is the kind of post that doesn't need much information a picture explains everything, as soon as the redstone current hits the music turns on when it's off the music turns off. I could include that when you turn it back on it starts back from where it ended. Thanks for the feedback!
Waitwaitwaitwait... I'm not sure if I got it right, but are you giving at something made of a cobble and a stick (a Lever) the same power and properties a combat with 6 flame-spewing creatures and 12 teleporting malformed monsters in an ever-flaming world with an awful lot of traps (12 Eyes of Ender) deserves? I think you're desperately looking for ways to obtain End Stone easily.
I don't know about the others, but for this, definetely NO SUPPORT.
I can get behind the jukebox and the item frame, but the portals seem pretty overpowered and and glass thing really just doesn't make sense.
Okay fair enough I'll add a poll and you guys can vote for which ones you do or don't support. I don't get the overpowered thing about the nether portal, instead of having to break a piece of obsidian put it back use flint and steal again it, you just flip a lever it saves about 30 seconds big whoop.
Nether portals can be already turned on with Redstone. Dispensers can use Flame Charges (and of course an alternate way to turn them off is pushing a block with a piston). I like the Item Frame thing and the Jukebox thing but the others are a bit silly/useless.
Okay well like I said, it's more difficult that way plus fire charges aren't that easy to get, not to mention how clunky it looks and that, you can't push obsidian with pistons, but thanks for the support on the other things

Eh, I suppose a flint and steel isn't really that hard to get. As the other guy said, you could theoretically automate it with a piston and a dispenser, but I'm not one of those people who dismisses an idea just because there's a far more complicated way to do it. I'm all for simplification and convenience.
Jukebox and the item frame thing makes sense, but not really anything else. The transparency thing has almost no use and is just weird. The nether portal can be activated by what MICHAEL_BAY said, and the end portal thing is way to overpowerd.
Things it could effect:
Glass Transparency Changing
Frame Angles Changing (Each charge changes it clockwise)
Jukebox Playing/Not Playing Remotely (Starts back from it left off when turned on again)
Ender Portal On/Off
Nether Portal On/Off

Hmmm... I'll have to think about it.
Also, here is an awesome suggestion I had: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1745550-biome-effects/
