I generally dislike it when people post things like new blocks, mobs, or crafting recipes on here, so what I post is just a few settings I believe would enhance your MineCraft experience. Here they are, please be sure to include your feedback in the bottom. Thank you.
MINECRAFT MICROPHONES
Honestly, a lot of people would say that it would be much easier if you could use a mic in MineCraft. Now I know the comments you'll be posting: "We don't want to listen to 6 year olds!" or "People will curse way too much!" Well, how about some new features to the [Tab] button. Instead of holding down the tab button, you can press it once, and the list will come over your screen. it won't pause gameplay, but just show the same list as it always did. But, you can use the arrow keys to move a highlighted selection on the list, and then press the [M] Button to mute a person or unmute them. So, you can mute people that seem offensive, 6 year olds that whine a lot, haters and trolls, and everything else you don't want to hear.
FRIENDS LISTS
One thing I've wanted to have on MineCraft for a long, long time was a friends list. One the main menu of the game, there could be a button under 'Multiplayer' saying 'Friends.' In there you can invite people to the server you're currently on (Only friends would be able to do this), join a server your friend is on, have private conversations with friends, block people you don't want to follow you, and more. You may be wondering how to add people to the list. Well, if you've read the microphone suggestion, you may see that I've said something about the improved tab button. If you are on a name, you can press the [Right Shift] Button to send them a friend request. If they accept, it will come in chat as "[Name] Accepted Your Friend Request." But if they deny it, It will say "[Name] Denied Your Friend Request." You may be saying "Well what if I'm famous or something? When I join a MineCraft server I'll get flooded with friend requests!" Well, that'll be the beauty of going into the "Friends" section of the menu and pressing "Disable Requests," which will make it so no one can send you a friend request, but you can send them out yourself.
ARMOR/TOOL DURABILITY SETTINGS
Sometimes while I'm playing MineCraft, I'd like to know if my tools or armor are on the verge of breaking, or at least how long they have left. The health bar may not be suitable for some people, and I personally dislike it. I have a friend, who is as a matter of fact color-blind, and he can't tell how much durability there is on his last iron pickaxe when mining in caves. Well, the light green color does poke out at first, but when it gets red he can't see, he's told me. So, I think that, in the options, there should be a button titled "Durability: [Percentage/Bar/Shade/All/None]." The setting will be at the bar at default. Bar, as we all know, is the classic MineCraft way to tell how much durability you've got on a item. The percentage option will put a percentage in the top-left corner of your screen, labeled "Headgear." Under that would be "Chestplate," then "Leggings," And finally "Footgear." The percentage of how much durability it has left would be to the right of the name. If you're holding a tool, weapon, or piece of armor in your hand, under "Footgear" would pop up "Hand," Then the percentage of what you're holding. The Shading option would have a somewhat cool effect, it will make the armor, tools, and weapons get darker and darker as they get used more. When they turn either completely black or really dark shading of the color of the item, they will be at their last durability. Then, they'd just break. The All option would make it so all of these effects are enabled, pretty self-explanitory. For players who don't really care about the durability, they can put the option at None, making nothing show up for durability.
NEW THROWN/HANGING ITEM EFFECTS
There's been a lot added to the items on the ground recently. In fancy graphics, they spin, and in all graphics, clocks and compasses still work, and they work in frames too. Maybe, things like the durability on an item and the shimmering glow of the enchantments should also show in frames and on floors. This won't really add much to MineCraft in particular, but I just think it would be a nice touch. If, for example, you want to spawn in water, enchant it with an anvil, and hang it up, it would look pretty sweet, wouldn't it? You'd be able to tell if your friend is giving you the right, very expensive golden apple, or giving you the cheap, golden nugget made one. So maybe this would look pretty cool.
So, I hoped you liked my four main ideas. I hope they do get added into MineCraft, but this can only happen with your help. If you'd please, support this, and tell me what you think down below. Thanks for your time.If I get new ideas, I'll be sure to post them as a reply to this comment, so you guys can see it.
Although I don't get why the rule exists, this is a wishlist.
However, you have some clever ideas, I would want them very much in Minecraft.
P.S its Minecraft not MineCraft.
I know it's Minecraft. I just used MineCraft because it comes out correctly in grammar, and that's a rule of presentation, to use proper grammar. I'm not trying to be mean, but that's just how I wrote it.
POSSIBLE NEW VILLAGER/BLAZE COMBINATION
The thing is, there are villagers in the Overworld, and blazes in the Nether. I think that blazes should be based off villagers, like pigzombies off pigs and zombies, magma cubes off slimes, wither skeletons off skeletons, and, I'm not sure if this is completely right, but ghasts off squids, considering how they both have to do with humans in some way. So, I think that blazes should have a somewhat taller head, or the fiendish version of the villager head. It would make sense in some way.
NEW VILLAGER TYPE
This is just an opinion, but there should be a Knight, or Guard villager. I know, there's Iron Golems that have that position, but whenever I visit a town, I don't really see one. Ever. So, the knight would be wearing maybe an iron chest piece. If you hit a villager of that town, the knights will react like pigzombies, or wolves, and go and attack you. When they do, their hands will drop from their sleeves, and an iron or stone sword would go in their right hand. If the town is being overrun by zombies, the knights would do the same thing. Another addition to this, which I think is pretty funny, is that if a zombie kills the knight, the knight will come back as a zombie villager, with an iron or stone sword in hand, and an iron chest piece on, like your own side has turned against you. Killing them won't give you anything, though, but you can trade with them for weaponry and armor, but as always, with a really high price that Notch likes to put on them. The old one that sold armor and weapons, the blacksmith, will primarily sell tools, ores, obsidian, etc.By the way, this post/reply right now that I'm writing is my 100th post on Minecraftforum.net. Just thought I'd share it for some odd reason.

Also, here is an awesome suggestion I had: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1745550-biome-effects/
Hadn't seen it before, sorry if someone else posted it already.
