All right. I looked at the pinned suggestion threads to see how to do a proper suggestion thread, & also thought of something that people generally complain about...then decided to throw in another suggestion that is purely decorative & has no real purpose whatsoever. Well, on to the first suggestion!
This suggestion is a commonly whined-about feature that was pretty pointless except for one feature that gave us the second boss of the game: Heads. The only one obtainable in Survival mode is the Wither skeleton, & the drop rate for the heads is so incredibly low that it's easier to go into creative mode & get the heads. That is why my suggestion is to: 1. Allow heads of the respective mob to be moderate drops from mobs & 2. to give the ability to wear them on your head a purpose. The first part is pretty much self-explanitory, making the heads drop from creepers with the same percentage of dropping at a Spider-eye from a spider, except for other mobs. However, since there isn't a human mob in the game anymore, the Steve head is a rare find in dungeon chests, along with the item in the second suggestion.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The second part is a fair bit more complex than the first, which gives each head a specific advantage & disadvantage to each mob head, giving them disguising properties that fool specific mobs. The Zombie & Skeleton heads disguise the player as a Zombie or skeleton (depending on which you are using) but it keeps your player model. The Creeper have a 50 percent chance of being fooled by the Zombie & skeleton heads, but also have a 50 percent chance that they will see through your disguise & try to blow you up. Creeper heads, on the other hand, fool most of the overworld mobs, fooling Zombies, Skeletons, Creepers, Cave Spiders, Silverfish, & Witches. Endermen & Spiders will not be fooled since they can see over 64 blocks away & have 6 eyes, respectively. The Wither skeleton head will behave like a Zombie or Skeleton head except in the nether. Ghasts will be able to see though your disguise since they have one of the most complex AI's in the game. Blazes & Wither Skeletons will be completely fooled by your disquise. The Zombie Pigmen will have a slightly more basic attack style when provoked, with only one Pigmen attacking you instead of the normal 16 or so. Lastly, the Steve head is pretty much a wearable suicide mission. All mobs have their ability to see you about 10 blocks farther. The one advantage to this head is you mine slightly faster & are given slightly more experience with each kill made.

The second suggestion is one that give a slight backstory to the game. The way it works is there is always one written book inside each generated chest. They are titled "Reserch Notes #" with the # being a number of random value. They are pretty much detailing magic items or the origin of mobs in the game. For example, in a dungeon chest, there could be a book of how Creepers are actually pigs mutated using a type of dark magic or how the end portal is not from the overworld, made by a race of villagers long wiped out.
Both of these are fairly long winded, but this is my first time writing this long of a suggestion thread, so give me a little bit of a break.

It would ruin the thought of how all got created in dat world of Minecraft.
Giving specified lore is equivalent to binding the imagination from 100% to 25%.
And yes. I know it is just research notes, but no.
I want to have the option to imagine that the Ibsidian towers of the end are remains of the Eindr'Erolian citys. Or whatever.
TT2000, you are genius.
